Fantastic experience. John and Vanessa have been amazing. Despite our case being more complicated than most, their diligence, perseverance and professionalism at every step of the way meant we were able to secure a mortgage and proceed with a property purchase in the UK as expats from a distance. Their communication is a key strength and one of the main reasons we have now used them twice and recommended them to others. An incredible service offered by Liquid Expat Mortgages. David Mowatt totally 'saved my life' with the practical advice and guidance he gave me. He called me within 10 mins of me uploading my details and immediately started to give ideas on what I could try. He then even suggested contacting my existing provider and asking for a 6 Month Payment holiday - which they then granted! I cant thank you enough David for such a gracious, self less act.
